Our History
Bin Khumery is one of the founders of the dokha culture in the Middle East. We started farming and sales of our dokha in 1987. Our first store was inaugurated in Abu Dhabi, UAE and later the company set up retail stores in Dubai, Al Ain, and Muscat City of the Sultanate of Oman. Sheikhs and other members of Royal families in UAE and Oman have been our loyal customers ever since. Dokha became a trendy product in this region. Our presence in the UAE market evolved year by year, and dokha sales online gradually increased.
We decided to introduce our own dokha to the international market under the brand Turbo in 2012, which we have been using for our accessories since the year 2000. The company now has over 200 employees and has become a pioneer and market leader in the dokha industry by distributing the products in the UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Canada, USA, Germany, United Kingdom, Russia, and Kazakhstan. What sets us apart is that we cover the entire process of farming, manufacturing, export, and wholesale. Our main tobacco plantation is based in Oman, where we do farming, harvesting, drying, and blending the tobacco.
